Privacy Policy

When you book a service we ask for your name, phone number, address or area, and the details of the job (service, quantity, preferred time, notes). If you create an account we store your name, email address and password, or the name, photo and email that Google shares when you sign in with Google.

Technicians who apply to work with us are asked for their name, phone number, CNIC number and trade. We use this to verify identity before approving an application.

Your booking details are used to arrange the visit: we contact you on WhatsApp or by phone, and we pass the relevant job information to the technician we assign. We also keep a record of your bookings so you can see past jobs in your account, and we send account notifications when a technician is assigned or a job status changes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Only HunarKaar staff through the admin panel, and the technician assigned to your specific job — they receive the name, phone number and location needed to reach you and complete the work. They are not given access to your account or to other customers' bookings.

We do not take card or online payments. Work is paid after it is completed, directly to the technician or team, so no bank or card details are ever collected by this website.

Your account and booking records are held in a managed database hosted for us by our website platform, with backups. Sign-in sessions are kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in on your own device.

We keep booking records while your account is open so you can review past work and request a re-visit. If you ask us to close your account we delete your profile and booking history, except anything we are required to keep by law.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Message "delete my account" on WhatsApp or call 03154012309, or email khalilahmed89@gmail.com, and we will confirm once it is done. You can also remove our app from your phone at any time; that does not delete your account, so tell us if you want it deleted too.

This service is for adults booking work at a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
